Urban mindfulness training

A conceptual design for double-sided urban headphones that amplify or dampen the sounds of the city, depending on the side. They work in an analogue way, focusing or reflecting sound waves respectively. They make it possible to concentrate on the sounds, to be more attentive, for example on a busy street or in a park, to reconnect with nature. When noise becomes too overwhelming, wearing them on the convex side allows you to mute your surroundings.
